Sawtell, Toormina, Boambee

South of the Coffs Harbour CBD are the New Regional Hospital, Regional Airport, Southern Cross University, Coffs Harbour Golf Course, Coffs Harbour Race Course and International Stadium. Beyond these areas are the suburbs of Sawtell, Toormina & Boambee.

Sawtell is a seaside village with the surf beach just a short stroll from its famous Fig Tree lined main street. Due to the limited supply of real estate and 'attractiveness' of Sawtell, real estate has historically recorded significant median price increases during growth cycles in the property market.Toormina is Sawtell's larger neighbour incorporating the Toormina Gardens shopping centre.

Housing is generally newer with some new land developments.Boambee is the newest of the suburbs to the south of Coffs Harbour, and stretching either side of the Pacific Highway it offers a range of newer homes and land developments.
